we are considering a property in ko khaew that will in the future be close to the new electricity substation planned to be the #1 substation in phuket. on the positive side they say that a new direct road from airport to the substation is planned. on the negative side the new substation will be only 500-700 feet from the property we are interested in. do you have any advice on this? how badly will this affect the resale price in the future?
